Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of cloves
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/2 Cup orange juice
  • 1/4 Cup orange marmalade
  • 1/2 Cup California raisins

Procedure

In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and cloves. Stir in water, orange juice, orange marmalade and raisins. Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Serve warm with ham.
