Ingredients
- 61/2 Pounds beef, coarse ground, thawed*
- 6 Cups low sodium, canned, salsa*
- 6 Cups California raisins*
- 1/3 Cup taco seasoning
- 1/4 Cup brown sugar
- 50 whole grain tortillas*
- Optional garnishes, cheese, lettuce, tomato

Procedure
Cook ground beef until thoroughly cooked, drain, and return to pan. Add salsa, raisins, taco seasoning and sugar; stir until well combined and heated through. Warm tortillas according to package directions and fill with 1/3 cup of beef mixture, serve with optional garnishes.
