- 1 Cup California raisins
- 8 Ounces non-fat whipped cream cheese
- 16 Ounces quality baked ham slices
- 8 flour tortillas
In small bowl, combine raisins with cheese; mix well. Spread 1 tablespoon of mixture onto each slice of ham. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Chill.
On hot griddle, warm tortillas to soften and allow to cool completely. Remove toothpicks from ham rolls and roll together with tortillas to form rollitos. Serve at room temperature.
Note: Rollitos may be wrapped in lettuce leaves to reduce calories and sodium in this preparation.
