Ingredients

  • 61/2 Pounds beef, coarse ground, thawed*
  • 6 Cups low sodium, canned, salsa*
  • 6 Cups California raisins*
  • 1/3 Cup taco seasoning
  • 1/4 Cup brown sugar
  • 50 whole grain tortillas*
  • Optional garnishes, cheese, lettuce, tomato

Procedure

Cook ground beef until thoroughly cooked, drain, and return to pan. Add salsa, raisins, taco seasoning and sugar; stir until well combined and heated through. Warm tortillas according to package directions and fill with 1/3 cup of beef mixture, serve with optional garnishes.
