- 1/2 Cup diced mango
- 1/2 Cup diced pineapple
- 1 Cup California raisins
- 2 Teaspoons minced fresh gingerroot
- 1 Teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1/3 Cup diced onion
- 1/2 Cup cider vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon salt
In saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer stirring occasionally, about 45 minutes until mixture thickens. Cool.
