- 1/4 Cup walnuts
- 1/2 Cup California raisins, chopped
- 1 carton (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon agave nectar or honey
Spread walnuts on baking sheet and roast in oven at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until light brown and fragrant; cool and chop. In medium mixing bowl, combine chopped walnuts with remaining ingredients and mix together well. Store in covered container in refrigerator; serve at room temperature.
