Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 Tablespoon corn syrup
  • 1/2 Cup evaporated milk
  • 3/4 Cup California golden raisins
  • 1 Tablespoon honey mustard

Procedure

In a saucepan over medium heat, stir sugar, butter and corn syrup until sugar is melted. Add milk and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Reduce heat and continue to boil for 3 to 4 minutes until sauce begins to thicken. Remove from heat. Stir in raisins and mustard. Let cool slightly. Serve with ham.
