Ingredients
- 1 Cup butter or margarine
- 1 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 Cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Cup ground California raisins
- 2 Cups flour
- 2 Cups quick-cooking oats, uncooked
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon baking soda
- 11/2 Teaspoons cinnamon
Procedure
Cream butter and sugars; beat in eggs. Stir in ground raisins, mixing well. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
