Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 Cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 Cup butter or margarine
  • 11/2 Cups California raisins
  • 11/2 Cups chopped fresh apple
  • 1 Package (7 ounces) herb-seasoned crouton stuffing
  • 11/2 Cups chicken stock

Procedure

Sauté celery and onion in butter until tender. Combine in large bowl with raisins, apple and stuffing. Add chicken stock, a little at a time to moisten as desired. Stuff poultry, pork chops, or bake in greased casserole at 325°F for 45 minutes.
