Quick Raisin Relish
A quick, sweet and tangy relish -- delicious with ham!
- Serving Size: 1/4 cup
- 1 1/2 cups California raisins
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
- 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid is evaporated. Store in covered jar in refrigerator. Serve with ham or pork.
