- 11/2 Cups California golden raisins
- 1/4 Cup butter
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 4 Teaspoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons port wine
- Salt; to taste
Stir raisins in a saucepan over medium heat until slightly browned. Add butter and sugar. Pour in wine and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes. Stir in olive oil and salt to taste. Set aside.
