- 2 Tablespoons minced shallots
- 2 Tablespoons fresh-squeezed orange juice
- 2 Tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 Cup olive oil
- 1/2 Cup California golden raisins, coarsely chopped
Combine shallot and juices in mixing bowl and slowly whisk in olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Just before serving, whisk in chopped raisins and serve over salad.
