Ingredients

  • 1 Cup California raisins
  • 2 Tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur*
  • 6 Ounces white chocolate pieces
  • 2 Tablespoons milk
  • 1 Cup whipped topping
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped pistachio nuts
  • Raspberries; for garnish

Procedure

In small bowl, combine raisins and liqueur; mix well and set aside. In top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water, combine chocolate and milk. Cover; let stand until chocolate is melted, then whisk until smooth. Stir in raisin-liqueur mixture to blend; set aside to cool. Fold whipped topping into chocolate mixture. Divide and spoon into 8 dessert dishes; chill. Sprinkle with nuts and garnish with raspberries to serve.

 

Note: Thawed orange juice concentrate may also be used.
