Sunny Honey Candy

California raisins dot this sweet nut log.


  • Serving Size: 1 slice


  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup non-fat dry milk
  • 2 cups California raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts


Blend honey and peanut butter together in bowl. Gradually add dry milk, mixing well. Mix in raisins and nuts. Shape into log. Wrap tightly and store in refrigerator. To serve, cut into 16 slices.

Note: Use 1 cup dark raisins and 1 cup golden raisins for attractive color variation.
