Ingredients

  • 1 Cup California natural or golden raisins
  • 1/2 Cup orange, grape, apple or cranberry juice

Procedure

Place raisins in sterilized jar. Heat juice to boiling and pour over. Seal jar. Let stand 24 hours or more, shaking occasionally. Use as a dessert topping or ingredient for cookies and cakes. Replenish with more raisins as needed.
