- 4 cups (32 ounces/1 quart) cranberry juice
- 1 cup California raisins
- 8 cups (64 ounces/2 quarts) chilled apple cider
In two ice cube trays, divide cranberry juice. Divide and sprinkle raisins evenly over each tray. Freeze several hours or overnight. Keep frozen until ready to serve.
To serve, pour apple cider into pitcher or punch bowl. Remove ice cubes from trays. Add to cider. Pour or ladle into cups, making sure to include ice cubes in each.
