Ingredients

  • 1 Cup California raisins
  • 2/3 Cup water
  • 1 Teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon grated orange peel
  • 1 Cup currant jelly

Procedure

In a small saucepan, boil raisins and water until the water is almost absorbed. Remove from heat and add the mustard, orange peel and currant jelly; heat thoroughly, blending ingredients well. Serve warm or cold with ham, game or poultry.
