Raisin-Cranberry Cheese Spread
Cranberries, raisins and nuts make a colorful spread for snacking or starting the party.
- 1/2 cup California golden raisins
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Measure raisins and cranberries into small bowl; add boiling water and let stand for 4 minutes. Drain and coarsely chop. Meanwhile, in small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in raisins, cranberries and nuts until well blended. Serve with sweet crackers or crostini.
