- 1/2 Cup California golden raisins
- 1/4 Cup dried cranberries
- 11/2 Cups boiling water
- 8 Ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 Cup chopped walnuts
Measure raisins and cranberries into small bowl; add boiling water and let stand for 4 minutes. Drain and coarsely chop. Meanwhile, in small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in raisins, cranberries and nuts until well blended. Serve with sweet crackers or crostini.
