Ingredients

  • 21/2 Gallons fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 Quart lowfat mayonnaise
  • 2 Cups sugar
  • 1/4 Cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup lowfat milk
  • 71/2 Cups California raisins
  • 33/4 Cups chopped walnuts sunflower kernels
  • 1 Cup sliced red onions

Procedure

1. Wash broccoli.
2. In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and milk. Mix well.
3. Add broccoli, raisins, walnuts and onions. Stir to coat well with dressing.
4. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
5. Portion with No.8 scoop (1/2 cup).
