Moroccan Raisin Juice with Orange Blossom Water

Fragrant raisin-flavored drink for a quick pick up.

    • 2 1/2 quarts water
    • 5 tablespoons California raisin paste*
    • 5 tablespoons Honey-Raisin Syrup*
    • 1/2 cup California raisins, plumped
    • 2 fluid ounce (1/4 cup) orange blossom water
    • Sugar, as needed


    Combine ingredients and muddle well; strain and sweeten with sugar, to taste. Chill and serve over ice.

    Note: For Honey-Raisin Syrup, combine 1 part rose honey with 4 parts California Raisin Juice Concentrate; mix well.
