Ingredients

  • 1 Cup butter or margarine
  • 1 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Cup ground California raisins
  • 2 Cups flour
  • 2 Cups quick-cooking oats, uncooked
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon baking soda
  • 11/2 Teaspoons cinnamon

Procedure

Cream butter and sugars; beat in eggs. Stir in ground raisins, mixing well. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
