- 1 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 Cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Cup chopped walnuts
- 1 Cup California raisins
- 2 eggs
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Cream sugar and butter together. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, nuts and raisins. In a separate bowl, beat eggs until fluffy. Fold in nut and raisin mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325°F for 1 hour. Cool before serving.
