Ingredients

  • 11/2 Cups grated carrots
  • 1 Cup California raisins
  • 1/2 Cup finely sliced celery
  • 1/2 Cup chopped nuts
  • 1/3 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt

Procedure

Combine carrots, raisins, celery and nuts. In small bowl, blend mayonnaise and salt. Mix lightly with carrot mixture. Chill.
