California Raisin-Rice Pilaf

Only four ingredients --- easy and tasty!



  • 1 package (5 7/8 ounces) rice pilaf mix
  • 3/4 cup California raisins
  • 1 cup peanuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley


Cook pilaf according to package directions. Add raisins, peanuts and parsley to hot pilaf and mix together. Serve hot.
