- 1 Teaspoon unseasoned rice vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons non-fat sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons non-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 Teaspoon honey
- 11/2 Cups cored and diced apples
- 1 Cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 Cup chopped celery
- 3/4 Cup California raisins
In a small bowl, combine rice vinegar, sour cream, mayonnaise and honey. Toss dressing with apples, marshmallows, celery and raisins. Serve well chilled.
