California Raisin and Stout Float

Served every night at Worlds of Flavor - this is the perfect mini dessert and so simple!
- 1/2 pint rum-raisin ice cream
- 4 ounce (1/2 cup) California raisin juice concentrate
- 2 bottles (16 ounces each) oatmeal stout beer
With No.16 (2-ounce) scoop, add 1 scoop ice cream to each of four 12-ounce Pilsner glasses. Pour 1 ounce raisin juice concentrate over each and carefully add enough stout to fill glass. Serve immediately with iced teaspoon and a straw.
