California Golden Raisin and Berry Smoothie
California raisins and creamy yogurt make for a refreshing smoothie.
- Serving Size: 1/2 cup
- 8 ounce apple juice
- 1/2 cup California golden or natural raisins
- 1/2 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 whole banana
Measure juice and raisins into blender; process until raisins are chopped fine. Add remaining ingredients to blender and pulse until blended and smooth. Turn into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
